Clairvaux MacKillop College is a dynamic and action-packed community. The staff and students at the College are very passionate about sport and physical activity. In 2014, three dedicated teachers, Ms Sarah Kirk, Mr Peter Sinclair and Mr Patrick Faulks realised that the Clairvaux MacKillop College community would benefit from a health and fitness program that was offered before school.
CMC Striders is a health, fitness and well-being initiative that is available to all staff, students, and parents and caters for all fitness levels. The aim of the activity is to create a healthy and active community. CMC Striders is on every Tuesday and Friday morning at 7am. Students are involved in a range of physical activities including running, boxing and circuit training.
CMC Striders has grown and grown over the last 12 months and it is fantastic to see so many students getting involved.
